Description

IC 63, known as the Ghost of Cassiopeia, is a reflection nebula located in the northern constellation Cassiopeia. This celestial phenomenon is primarily illuminated by the nearby star Gamma Cassiopeiae. The ghostly appearance of IC 63 is a result of the scattering of starlight by fine dust particles within the nebula, causing it to reflect and shine with glow.
